Tournament organizer Chris Wells indicated that he was pleased with the participation level and the fact that all the students were having fun. “The District 3 sports coordinator did an excellent job in ensuring that every participant left with a certificate. It was encouraging to see the presence of a number of principals as well as the Physical Education teachers who participated by assisting coaches Steven Joseph and Issan Yang.”
Wells was most impressed with the fact that even though Ti Rocher Combined never received a table tennis table, they made no excuses. They did what had to be done to produce a squad then came in and totally dominated the boys’ division.
